Large room with 4 poster bed. Very comfortable. . Small duck pond on premises. Beaches close by.

The property is in dire need of a face lift. We opened the sliding door into the back and it literally fell off the track. The lawn around the property is not very well kept. The furniture is about 50 yrs old and in bad repair. We were very glad we were only staying one night before our rental was ready.

Our room was clean and had a deck off the back which was nice to sit out on however the room was out of date. Old paneling, ceramic tile for countertop in bathroom, ripped screen on slider, broken leg on chair in room with tear in cushion...

Definitely, quiet and as an added bonus, there was a pond with ducks and geese which made us feel close to Nature.

Absolutely nothing. The motel was filthy. Mold on the exterior's overflowing. Mold spores pulling up the roof tiles, Dumpster behind the building had bags of trash and other objects over flowing into the parking lot.

Love the rooms no carpet is a back porch they've got a fenced in area with ducks and geese it's really beautiful and quiet

Pay later reservation. Check in was easy and there was no fee for early check in and no security deposit. The room was cute. They were towels, bath mat, little bottles of shampoo and conditioner and a couple of small soaps. There was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and hairdryer. Family owned. The owners live on the property and it’s stated that they are available for any questions or problems 24 hours a day. 11:30 check out time. And a little brook or pond with a fence separating beautiful white noisy geese who squawked letting us know to keep our distance from them and mallard ducks.

the setting: ducks and geese on a pond, picnic tables under trees. we've stayed there before [ when managed by previous owner] several times and always enjoyed it. it's close by to a friend's home and very convenient to most needs.
